About Us

Wanda Green (aka Lovely Wanda) was born on Friday, March 15, 1968 to the proud parents of Lewis Green Sr. and Mildred Alberta Smalls Green in Sumter, SC. She is the youngest of 4 siblings and an aunt to several nieces and nephews. She graduated from Sumter High School in 1986 and furthered her education at Morris College by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. Over 20 years later she moved to Charleston, SC to attend Webster University where she obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Management and Leadership in 2012. After working in the Social Work field for 18 years trying to "Save the Lost at Any Cost" she decided to try her hand at entrepreneurship where she started her own cookie company Cookie called "Lydia's Inspirational Gourmet Cookies." The only cookie company that has a positive message attached to each one. In 2021 she released her Best-selling book called "Get out the Boat". A Story of Overcoming that talks about the challenges she has had with her finances, unhealthy relationships and returning to school after the age of 40. To this date her book has been read by people all over the world to include Africa, India, Russia and just about every state in the the United States of America. People have testified that they can identify with the stories told in her book and they too look 

forward to getting out of the boat of despair. Her favorite bible verses comes from 2 Corinthians 4:8,9&18-We may be pressed on every side but not perplexed, persecuted but not in despair for we fix our eyes on not what we see, but on what is unseen, for what we see is only temporary and what is unseen is eternal. Her next book called Anchored will be released next year. To God be the glory great things He has done.
